These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FieldRepsIQ ("Service"), operated by AskTracy LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FieldRepsIQ is a web-based territory mapping and visualization tool designed for field inspector organizations. It allows authorized users to upload territory assignment data, view color-coded maps of field rep coverage by ZIP code, search addresses within territories, and share read-only map views with third parties.
The Service is a visual and analytical tool only. It does not manage orders, dispatch field reps, connect to external operational systems, or process any field activity in real time.
Access to the Service requires an account created by AskTracy LLC. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@fieldrepsiq.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Accounts are non-transferable. You may not share your credentials with any other person or organization. Each organization accessing the Service is referred to as a "Tenant" and is scoped to their own data — no Tenant can view another Tenant's territory data.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — managing and visualizing field inspector territory assignments for your organization. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all territory data, field rep information, and other content you upload to the Service ("Your Data"). By uploading Your Data, you grant AskTracy LLC a limited license to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent that you have the right to upload Your Data and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload, including any personal information belonging to your field representatives.
Use of the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are based on the plan tier selected at the time of account setup, determined by the number of field representatives in your system. Current pricing is available upon request.
Invoices are issued monthly by AskTracy LLC. Payment is due upon receipt. If payment is not received within 3 days of the invoice due date, access to the Service may be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except at the sole discretion of AskTracy LLC. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice to your account email address.
Each subscription plan includes a maximum number of field representative records ("Rep Limit"). A field representative is counted as any individual record in your system at any point during the billing period, regardless of whether that record is active at the end of the period.
If your rep count exceeds your plan's Rep Limit, overage charges apply at the rate of $10.00 per 10 additional representatives per month, or any portion thereof. Overage charges are billed on your next invoice. AskTracy LLC will notify you when your account is approaching or has exceeded its Rep Limit.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and operational. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, hosting provider outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
AskTracy LLC is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service downtime or unavailability.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@fieldrepsiq.com. Upon cancellation, your account will remain accessible through the end of the current billing period.
Following cancellation or termination of your account, your data will be retained for 90 days before being permanently deleted. You may request an export of your data at any time during this retention period by contacting us. After 90 days, all Your Data is permanently and irrecoverably deleted from our systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, failed to pay amounts owed, or engaged in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users.
The Service, including all software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by AskTracy LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the Service's underlying technology, name, logo, or content beyond the limited right to access and use the Service as described herein.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AskTracy LLC does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any data stored through the Service will be free from loss or corruption. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AskTracy LLC and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall AskTracy LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service exceed the total amount you paid to AskTracy LLC in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kane County, Illinois.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify active account holders by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
